Atlas drafts every reply from your own knowledge base, with citations, and nothing sends until your team approves it. As it proves itself on the replies you approve unchanged, it earns the right to handle them on its own, never before. Every action is logged.
The promise
Every reply is grounded in your own docs, approved by your team, and audited forever. Autonomy isn't a switch you flip — it's a trust your AI earns, reply by reply.
Why "governed" matters
The demos look great — until an AI invents a policy, promises a refund it shouldn't, or leaks a customer's account details. Atlas is built so that can't happen.
Every draft is grounded in your knowledge base with citations. If the answer isn't there, it says so instead of inventing one.
The AI drafts; your agent reviews and sends. A topic only goes autonomous after it's been approved unchanged enough to prove itself — and reverts to human approval the instant corrections resume.
A verification gate withholds order and account specifics until a sender's identity is confirmed — and every action lands in an audit trail.
The governed loop
Atlas starts fully supervised and earns its way to autonomous, one topic at a time. The human isn't a permanent checkpoint — it's a teacher.
Email, web chat or WhatsApp — all into one queue, with the customer's history attached.
A cited reply pulled from your own knowledge base — never invented. If the answer isn't there, it won't guess.
Early on, nothing sends without a human. Every approval and every edit teaches Atlas your standard.
Once a topic is sent unchanged enough to prove itself, Atlas handles that topic on its own — and reverts to human approval the moment corrections resume. It all stays in the audit trail.
And when it meets something new
Known cases run themselves — grounded, cited, sent on their own.
What you get
Answers pulled from your own knowledge base with sources — not a generic model guessing.
LiveNothing sends until your team approves it — and as a topic is approved unchanged, it earns the right to send on its own, per topic, with the audit trail to justify it. Safe to deploy, and to scale.
LiveEvery draft, edit, approval and send in an append-only ledger — defensible when anyone asks "who did what."
LiveEmail, web chat and WhatsApp unified — with cross-channel case continuity and reference numbers.
LiveImport your past emails to start sharp, and it improves from every edit your team makes.
Live · earlyAccount and order detail is withheld from unverified senders — protection your compliance team will ask about.
LiveThe product is the proof
We're early and honest about it. Instead of a testimonial wall, watch the real thing — the approval flow, the live audit stream, the grounded draft — and talk to the people who built it.
Pricing
A reply is one AI-drafted answer you approve and send to a customer. You pay for real answers — spam and duplicates never count — and you set a monthly cap, so the bill never surprises you.
Every plan includes the human-approval gate, grounded replies, the full audit trail, and a monthly spend cap you set. Bring your own AI keys on Growth and up for a lower per-reply rate. Running AI support for many client brands? See the agency plan →
Questions
No. The 14-day trial needs no card. You only add payment when you choose a plan.
You pay for answers, not seats. A reply is one AI-drafted answer that a human approved and sent to a customer (or that auto-sent once an intent earned autonomy). Each reply is a real piece of work the AI did for you — so a complex question that needs several back-and-forth answers is priced for the work it takes, and a "thanks!" that never needs a reply costs nothing. Spam, duplicates, and internal drafts you never send don't count. Each plan includes a monthly bundle of replies; beyond it you pay a small per-reply rate, and you can set a hard monthly cap so the bill can never run away. Every billed reply is visible in your audit log.
No — that's the point of the cap. Set a monthly ceiling and Atlas notifies you at 80%, then throttles, then stops before you exceed it. You always see "replies used vs included" and a forecast of the month's spend in the console.
On Growth and up you can connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, so the AI usage bills to your provider account directly. Because you're covering the model cost, your Atlas per-reply rate drops to a lower platform rate — you pay for the governed workflow, audit trail and autonomy engine, not for tokens we didn't buy.
It never sends on its own. Every reply is drafted and held for a human to approve. Novel situations are escalated to a person, and that decision can be captured as reusable knowledge so the AI handles it next time — that's the learning loop.
Drafts are grounded in your own policies and knowledge, with citations shown to the human reviewer, and a second agent fact-checks the claims before a reply can be approved. Nothing unverified reaches a customer.
You get a working support agent and a sample ticket the moment you sign up — approve your first governed reply in minutes. Connecting a real channel is a one-line chat widget or your existing inbox.
